Vacancy: Chef de Partie (Full-Time 40 hours)
Location: Boutique Hotel & Restaurant Wanapa, Bonaire
Start: Between December 1st 2026 & January 15th 2027

Boutique Hotel & Restaurant Wanapa is looking for a passionate culinary professional to join our fine dining kitchen team from approximately 1 December 2026.

Are you our new positive colleague who can work independently, enjoys contributing ideas about dishes, and also loves presenting those dishes tableside to our guests? Then we are looking for you! We are happy to agree on the ideal start date together.

Wanapa stands for a unique fine dining experience in a warm, personal atmosphere. Our guests come for more than a meal — they come for an evening of enjoying delicious food, fine wines, and a unique experience together. As a chef, you are an essential part of that: from creating beautiful dishes at the stove to presenting them at the table with pride. This calls for someone who draws just as much energy from guest interaction as from culinary craftsmanship.

Who are we looking for?

At least 22 years old
Demonstrable experience in a kitchen role
Full of passion for food and creative by nature
Enjoys contributing ideas about dish composition and the menu
Not afraid to walk dishes to the tables and present them to our guests
Strong team spirit and a good work ethic
Good command of English and/or Dutch
Willing to work in a flexible, dynamic environment
In possession of a valid Sedula or Dutch/American passport (or the ability to apply for one)

What do we offer?

A 40-hour per week contract starting somewhere between 1 December 2026 and 15 January 2027
A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent contract after the first year
The first 2 weeks of accommodation at Wanapa included, so you can settle in comfortably
